It depends on who you fight. I, as a Moondancer, am quite happy to encounter shadowcaster faelings. Even if they can tumble fast, they also have poor poor health and fall to my moonburst quickly. Furrikins - well, they can talk about 15

Maybe it's just me but I'm one of those that intentionally sticks to an underpowered race/class combo and try everything to make it work. There's just no challenge in picking the best race and class and kill people effortless. This is one of the reasons why I enjoy being a speed knight here and on Achaea, it's just so much more interesting planning your tactics and wear down your opponent or trick them rather than killing people in two to three hits.

However, you will reach a point where it comes almost impossible to fight certain persons if not impossible.

Ah I was talking about faelings being better tumble wise with the balance as well as the size. But fair enough magic resistance is the best thing a furrikin has, faelings come out tankier than Furrikins to all other forms of damage though, one con difference and the sip bonus.

She went elfen...
Edit: and I enjoy being a sorta weaker race now.. Not that faelings suck, but hybrid speed with pureblade and a slow high wounding sword is interestingly fun Two hit beheads are no fun anyway..

Yeah. So crazy that I do about 68% of the wounds and nil for damage at about 0.2 seconds faster than a human (note: Ekard before Titan) with the weapons I've got.

Aerenna used to be an Elfen when she was a Moondancer. I missed if there was a reason why she'd reincarnated to Faeling when she switched to Serenguard.

Right. People seem to think that level 3 balance bonus = +30% speed to weapons, but weapons don't actually *work* that way. *mutters about speed plateaus*

The best of the poeple who worked against glomdoring are now very proud members of the Forest.. there is nothing wrong with being an Ebonguard and getting the best of both worlds.

We tend not to welcome these people any more, because ICly it doesn't make much sense to say, "Oh, you were an enemy yesterday for trying to destroy our forest/avatars/etc, but you got unenemied... so let's welcome you right away, hooray!" You kind of actually have to convince us that you've changed.

I was actually thinking about something like that, with the faeling speed boost does it make rapiers kind of useless for them, fast weapons and the speedbonus make it so they kind of cut each other out?
