I know that the astrology aeon is faster then the moon skill waning, but I've got no experiance with tarrot cards.
With base eq as an elfen it takes me 4.5 seconds to wane someone.

As a mugwump, all astrology rays take around 3.5 seconds equilibrium. So I am not sure if it's waning vs astrology aeon that is slower, or just no eq advantage vs level 3 faster eq.

As someone with an L1 eq bonus, astrology rays are faster than waning when I do them.
