Feel better!

Not so much a true absence, I've just been spending less time on Phoebus than I normally do lately. Thanks to the Iron Realms site though, if you need Phoebus for something, just send her a message and I'll see it eventually. It won't be instant but it ups your odds of her coming around to do things.

On the hellish early morning baking shift again this week, so no late-night aetherhunts for Hallifax. Sorry.

Sick and loaded with homework. Can receive messages, will be online some. But yeah, gonna be busy.

Why did I take a full load of classes. *facepalm*

Okay I'm not going to be completely absent, but I will be having an unexpected house guest over until the first of the month (at the latest. Hopefully it wont completely hamper my ability to be around completely. Fingers crossed that it will be a short stay.

No more Lusternia for me.


My main PC has decided that life isn't worth living anymore. I'm told it's the power supply, and that it took most of the rest of the computer with it, so it can't even be repaired.

I'm forced to pull out my old PC, which crashes CONSTANTLY (three times now, in the length of time it took to type this). In addition to that, this piece of junk apparently can't figure out what a keyboard is anymore, so I'm stuck typing on an on-screen keyboard. This takes me down to roughly 10-12 WPM (if I'm going quickly, and with errors), making anything more than idling to get lessons extremely difficult, even without crashes.

My Halli and Seren alts are barely a week old, but even so, it was already a lot of fun interacting with some of you whom I don't normally play with. You all have fun until God Knows When I can actually afford a new computer.

Something like that would never happen, especially not around Halloween!

Yeah, I mean, we kinda were begging for a horror-movie death.

Hell, there was fog and everything every night.

But we were too focused on the music to ever really notice it seems, aside from one or two genre savvy comments nothing really came of the situation. Walking home alone through the fog for nearly a mile in a half-way deserted practically rural town with thick fog, on Halloween, man, I was so asking to die.

But somehow I managed to survive, it seems.

Anyways, now I am back, I have been thinking a bit about you guys, obviously, seeing as the first thing I did when I came back home was go to youtube to find one particular song that is in our musical entitled "Come on Eileen" and somehow managed to write "Come on Ileein" by accident three times.

Quick! Perform the ritual that makes Demetrios write a pop song parody! It's about time Hallifax got a hit single.

I'm gonna be gone for a bit. No idea how long. I'll try and forum lurk every now and then, and try to log in whenever possible.

Taking part in a fairly intensive two-week course on innovation and application of research to industry so won't be about as much as I usually am. Will be popping in to check messages etc. though. Stuff I promised to do will just take that much longer to implement though...

Working on school newspaper now. Meaning on Tuesdays I'll spend most of my Lusternia-hours writing things with fellow college peeps. Finally being an insomniac pays for non-IRE endeavors!

If anyone has wondered where I have gone, between real life and various hobbies Lusternia time has sort of suffered. I'm still reading the forums, and on IRC when the pc is on, but simply not finding the time to actually play atm >_<
