Now only if Axelords had something useful like legtendon.
Why? Axelords already hit hard enough. Can't you kill without it?
I /wish/ I got legtendon in two hits. Wow.

hehe well as a Pureblade I can hit just as hard but they can at least out hinder me with legtendon and crackedelbow, if my envoy actually sent in my request for kneecap and slicethigh you will here nothing from me unless they end up nerving my axe.
Navaryn2006-03-21 04:47:32
Crackelbow does not hinder. At all.
Shryke2006-03-21 05:37:11
Crackelbow is a heavy swing aff on the arms that does nothing but stop parrying with that arm until regen cure.. AKA put it on the bottom of your cure queue, it's not gonna happen, and other things are more important
Unknown2006-03-21 12:27:49
I thought I remember my oppenent not being able to use that arm when I was a pureblade if thats not the case then well at least you have legtendon.

Axe lords are far better for damage than pureblades though, just stick with your war axe and you'll do fine. Pureblade damage is kinda easy to ignore.

Umm, what? You can get swords as good as axes, can't you?

Actually, I'm pretty sure it's a mending cure, not regen, so it'll be cured instantly. At least, regen is delayed

You're either thinking of SeverNerve, which has a simple cure as well, or AmputateArm.

Pureblades go better with wounding, teg tendons need good wounding to get. If a pureblade goes damage then he hasnt got the wounding to get the tendons to keep the damage up and the enemies down. Axelords have better lower afflictions able to stun on the first hit with a low wounding weapon, so they can use the big damage weapons effectivly. It seems silly for a pureblade to go damage or a axelord to go wounding for any other reason than the behead finish. Ciaran with anything but a great sword is kinda ignorable, deangelo with anything but his war axe is kinda ignorable as well, except for switching to a wounding weapon to behead.

Daevos can usually get an sliced tendon off in a single assault with his lightning claymore so...

Daevos lightning fang is his wounding weapons, his flame fang is the damage one.

Bonecrushers, have way to many over kills, but if you just pin down their gut they are useless, I made a 2000 bleed damage from impale then rend, and coule helping out while I parried my head. The best skills you could possiably use together are STANCE HEAD and then be parry your other body parts. Mostly every one goes for heads now adays, Axelord's can take off your legs, so watch out for those. Blademaster can't do much for afflicting, but the bleed is good. Bonecrusher's if they're using those blasted Shuriken blade thingys (forget name) they can afflict like hell. Pureblade's are famous for taking of limbs and your head quickly with their high damage. Axelord's also are famous for their blunt and cutting damage combined with the axe. I am a blademaster and can take down most Pureblades, Axelord's I sortah ave a problem with, Blademaster's are easier, and Bonecrusher's are bastards to me. A Faeling Bonecrusher who is transed, is SCARY.

any good knight, with good weapons will take you apart if you don't know exactly what you're doing and how to handle them.
BC vs BM? Well that's a toughie. If your wounding is insanley high and you hit fast blademasters are a force to be reckoned with especially on the bleedside, and especially with slitlocks (if they get you when you're at 0 power, a good one is going to keep you locked indefinitley via broken legs) however there is potential with BC as well.
The real skill comes down to the players ability to work his class from every angle, and know where and when to hit people to punish them for little holes in their curing and parrying.

I agree, It's hard ot get them down to 0 power though *pout*
Murphy2006-05-04 14:31:44
so slitlock them and make them waste the power, or better yet slitlock and then give em arm afflictions or make em prone with a broken leg.
Ixion2006-05-04 14:45:59
BC > BM.
Aiakon2006-05-04 14:48:13
BM or PB, which is better?
Ashteru2006-05-04 14:58:14
All onehander of all twohanders at the moment, I'd say.
