Gaudiguch, Hallifax, Tzaraziko?

Back to Common Grounds.

Still not enough people.
Diamondais2006-03-30 02:41:15
That was mentioned earlier. Nice to imagine how it will be and hope sometimes I guess.
Unknown2006-03-30 02:41:42

I agree. And theres the problem of bringing the cities back. They can't be empty, that wouldn't make sense. And Chum would be there
Morik2006-03-30 02:43:18
I believe people should be concentrating on making the game, as it is, better. I don't believe people should be hanging about just for a new city/guild to be opened: look what happened when Glomdoring opened.
Unknown2006-03-30 02:43:55
Whos hanging on?
Shamarah2006-03-30 02:45:19
Just for fun...

Here are just a few of the many threads about this.

Yes, every word in that sentence was a link to a different topic.

Yes, that sentence had 11 words.

And that didn't even include all the imagined skillsets (ie. Aeromancy/Pyromancy).
Diamondais2006-03-30 02:46:33
Id suppose it means those attached to Barosi and Tiritia rolleyes.gif though my role play is kinda build around doing what ever I can to return those cities so Im deffinitely one when it comes to Dia. My alts arent, they just do their own things.

Imagine if, after all the speculation and thoughts and countless threads and pondering and hoping, the lost cities were released as ruins or as NPC zones.

I would laugh so hard. laugh.gif

I'd be right there next to ya. cool.gif

Chaos is misunderstood. It is not anarchy.

Law is not the opposite of Chaos.

Disorder and Order have nothing to do with Chaos.

And.... erk, sorry, I'm channelling another deity....

(BTW, if anyone is a Babylon 5 fan--I mean really into the grand story arc--you'll understand Gaudiguch and Hallifax a bit more.)

I don't know what that is....unsure.gif

You know it's true, though.

Also, Richter will be the first GA of the Hallifax warriors.

I thought about it, I've been with them since the beginning.

Anyway, my opinion has always been We Don't Have Enough People. Get your friends to play. You know how we complain about not having enough people with only four orgs? Yeah, we can't have six.
Unknown2006-03-30 04:15:34
you know how to fix the problem with the lack of people? BURN SERENWILDE TO THE GROUND and KILL ALL THE MOONDANCERS

that fixes it happy.gif
Stangmar2006-03-30 04:21:17
um, getting rid of all the moondancers would cut the game's population in HALF. How the Nil would that help?

Also, in regards to releasing Gaudiguch and Hallifax, It'll require a LOT of competent fighters to go there at the beginning. Because it will undoubtedly be a repeat of Glomdoring where the other orgs will get shits and giggles out of kicking it into the ground before it gets started.
Unknown2006-03-30 04:24:17
I'm sensing that people are very much wanting the Moondancers to die..is it because they're number 1 on Topguilds or something?? And Serenwilde because it has too many people as is?

@Archer2- Are you saying you don't know what Babylon 5 is? Because it that's what you're talking about then, Babylon 5 is a show. A kind old show. Its kind of like Farscape, and Stargate SG-1. Don't remember the show too well but then again I was like 5-6 years old when my parents watched it.

The other half are Aquamancers merian.gif We'd claim our rightful spot as the highest ranking guild!

Oh. My. God. Babylon 5. Gaudiguch. Hallifax. Aha! No. Way. But- I mean...

Wow. I get it now. Cool.

If Gaudiguch got released then perhaps we Dracnari can finally get those volcanic areas? It sucks to have a regenerative ability but nowhere to use it.

Can you explain? I've never had the time to watch the show and the summaries on the web have two basic conflicts that could fit the comparison, and my friend couldn't explain it to me, not knowing lusternia.

QUOTE(Hazar @ Mar 30 2006, 03:30 AM) 274621

Hallifax will hate everyone and be almost as isolationist as Glomdoring. They will be the cultural center of the Basin. Their guardians will be nerfed shortly after launch. Gaudiguch novices will be able to get laid within a half hour of their passing through the Portal, and there will be lots of shopaholics and pyromaniacs.

Wrong.

Hallifax will be a city of crazy-ass, enslaving maniacs who are friendly towards the Taint owing to the fact every citizen will be 1337 and thus have closet Magnagoran sympathies. They will hate forestals because they're uncultured heathens, and hate Celest for past conflicts, such as the Angkrag mining fiasco. Celest will try and launch several raids against it, but Magnallifax will crush every single one, laugh a little bit, and then take over the Basin. (Five villages each, boy-ee.)

Gaudiguch will be comprised of a bunch of idiots who walk around naked, breathe fire on foreigners, and generally just act like cocks. It's infrastructure will fail miserably - yes, worse than the Blacktalon - and after inadvertantly pissing off around three orgs, it will become the Basins whipping boy, replacing Glomdoring. Narsrim and Murphy will team up and camp out at the Eternal Flame for days at a time, killing people in a frenzy.
