You can run over a village influence or raid and firewall lots of exits to annoy people, running through the trees to avoid getting burned.
I don't think that Elryn is the type to kill tons of novices in a village with firewalls.

how much is the wand set to be worth and how much did you pay for it? I know the neverending vials are priced at just 40 like the normal artifact vials.

Apparently the value of every auction artifact was averaged from the final sale price. If someone paid less than you did, you're screwed, they might get free credits.
I paid 150 credits for the wand, it is valued at 125. I will get 82 back.

Ok, not really.. unless you need 50 credits to get something you've always wanted, I wouldn't trade it in.

Keep the wand. It is more or less unique and that makes it special. Do you really need the few credits you would get by turning it in?
A backscratcher +1 is probably more useful than this wand but well, it is a special item.
