Yes, I know.

But, if a level 1 resistance doesn't cause you to have a sip penalty, then losing the resistance sure doesn't deserve to be 'balanced' by removing the sip penalty. Drop their stats a few points and then you can remove the penalty.

for a warrior dracnari what else do you want them to lose?
Unknown2006-05-09 20:27:40
You'd have to lose stat points to lose the sip penalty. Which just isn't going to happen, because then you might as well be a different race, as you'd be too similar to something else, most likely.

maybe we could lose 1 or 2 size stats...and 1 intelligence.... sad.gif

Size doesn't count. Again, big size is pretty much a bad thing more than it is a good thing. You're not going to trade that for a sip penalty, sorry.

I was always given to understand that race skills were ment purely for role playing purposes, that poison breath is so dangerous sounds odd.

i'd rather have the skills weakened for role playing use then have people choose race just to get their special skill.

the reason fer the negs on dracnari was the warriors and surge. High Int, plus high con, plus surge equals one hell of a large hp and a pretty good mana still

So now, they're not even good for warriors?

They arent becose of siping penalty. Merian Lord, Elfen Lord and high level human are better, have very simiar stats but no sip penalty. Only Viscanti wont be much better then Dracnari, he have penalty too.
And we cant compare Faeling, but as shadowlord i would take faeling then dracnari.
