What kind of sport takes 4 days to play one game?

I've yet to see a sport that isn't boring to watch, however my fiance is going to kill me if she sees me mocking cricket again.

Football=soccer, stop calling american football football

American football = fun if you have very, very close ties to your team. And your team is actually good. *grumble*

Why, we don't force you to conform to our slang, do we?

It's for their own good to speak American English. It protects them from confused spellings and pronunciation, and acclimates them to the culture that'll be replacing theirs before too much longer.

It's kinda like bringing fae to Mother Moon. They might not enjoy it, but it'll keep them safer.

How can you say call American football football, when the REAL football is A. By far the bigger sport, hard to understand for some Americans I know, and B. The older sport.

American football is tbh, boring. Plus come on, do you really need all that kevlar? The most interesting thing about the game is the adverts. While I'm at it, how many of those do you need? I was in Florida last year, you get adverts, the family guy theme tune and intro, adverts, the first part, adverts, the second part, adverts, the outro, adverts... etc etc.
