I'm curious about whether my votes to TopMudSites are being registered. I've been noticing it particularly because of the vote reminder messages (which really make me want to vote 
)
For instance, this was the message I just got:
: Time to vote! We only need 1 votes to move to #9. http://www.lusternia.com/vote. Thanks!
So I thought... ooo, time to vote indeed! I use my trusty

click on the 'vote for this site and enter', and have a look at the rankings (I get the nice thankyou message in game). But the votes for Lusternia never change. In this case, there was still one vote needed to move to position 9. Every other time I try to vote the number required to move up one rank never changes either.
Do other people notice the number of votes required to move up a rank changes after they've voted?

Voting has never worked for me...
So of course I stopped bothering a long time ago.
The voting DOES work, it just doesn't immediately update! So take heart, even if the number doesn't go up immediately it is still being counted! Do not give up now, vote, vote! Vote for the envoys!

Hmm... would be nice if something gave you feedback to suggest that your vote had been counted...

If you use the following link: http://www.topmudsites.com/cgi-bin/topmuds....cgi?id=estarra while logged into Lusternia, it should say "Thank you for voting!" on your screen.
(And stop bothering you for a while. *coughs*)

Silly me for thinking they were the same, my vote button uses the id=lusternia.
