It was IRE, yes. Aeyr, God of Magic (in Achaea) is the primary author of their Java clients.

uh that statement is entirely correct. He wasn't saying it was only on Achaea, he was saying it was a rebuilt version of the Java client for Achaea.. which is true.

If I remember correctly Roark helped a lot with it as well, which is how we got the nifty power meter.
