I think Geb was more talking about wounds across the board, whereas Celina was postulating it might just be high-end stats like Geb would have throwing off his calculations.

Before these changes, I did about 40 wounds less with the same setup, so, above 20 there's not really much of a change.

Warrior wounds are a bit screwed up at the high levels, taking more than usual from Geb/Catarin/Ceren/etc.

Previously, each point of str above 20 was giving about 7 more wounding, so your test shows a pretty significant increase. Basically, stats are having their full or near full effect again.

Can hardly believe that. I did about 2370 or so wounds before the recent changes, now I do 2402. It's still not really worth it to go for high stat-races.

(Of course, stupid humans have no drawbacks and can still get 22 strength. <.<)

It is kind of odd. In my tests I only saw about 150 or so more wounds (which makes sense since I have 23 str and 3 of those points were worthless before), but at the same time I'm seeing things like one crush windpipes.

The difference between Night and Necromancy, as far as warriors go?

Necromancers have an extra point of str (after weighting); Night users have weaponaura.

Night also has that shadow damage boost thing, though I don't know if that affects deep wounds. But I worded my question poorly... is this where the difference is, where Ashteru could pull it off but Ceren couldn't?

Shadowdance steal only affects damage. In the way of bonecrusher first swing, it comes down to one side having the +1 strength, and the other having +10 precision.
