Subj: Envoy Report Changes

Apologies for how long it has been since the last envoy report changes,
this was mainly due to a number of technical difficulties on my part.

- "Stinky rooms" will now show up as such when SURVEYed.
- Moon Waxing will no longer heal people who are not in the Coven that
cast it.
- Stag Medicinebag may now be used to heal wounds with the syntax RUB
ON .
- Stag Trueheart facepaint will now correctly block pooka force.
- Stag Parade will now make someone who has you enemied remove you from
their enemies list before making you an ally.
- Summoning a Stag spirit totem will now use equilibrium.
- Joining a Wiccan coven is no longer an aggressive action.
- Night Cauldron Release's equilibrium cost has been greatly reduced.
- Night Brumetower in a room should now stop all movement from the
ground into the trees or sky, please file a bug report if you find a way
that it doesn't.
- Using a Night Terror coven, Night users will now no longer be able to
use the Steal ability, but rather the Succumb ability.
- Nightkiss' damage has been changed to 50% cold, 50% asphyxiation.
- Players with the Crow Disease ability will now be able to eat other
players' corpses, and will gain carrion in their belly that they can
spit out by doing so.
- All mobs should now respond properly to Crow Cloaks.
- Crow Trickster no longer requires the item to be wielded.
- Crow Birdseye was never meant to see people in other local areas, we
apologise that the other envoy report changes gave the impression that
it did, that was incorrect.
- Living and Shadow Totems, being trees themselves, will now hit with
runes people in the trees.
- Crow Bonenose facepaint's chance to heal broken bones when they are
caused (not continuously, that effect was removed in the last envoy
changes) has been increased.

survey for skunk is nifty, waxing is a nice bug fix.

Nightkiss change sounds interesting, though to shorlen. Ya no holding breath... now all you need to do is Invoke a Circle to be 100% protected. tongue.gif

Wonderful change for totems. Now I just wish we had enough druids to bond the newly beefed up totems.

Umm, what exactly are you talking about? Covens are amazing for support fire during large combats. Seren has damage + aeon. Glom now has damage + mana drain. When two groups are fighting and have a support coven hiding far away, the aeon is amazingly helpful. The manadrain should be too, especially if toadcurse and swoop are being used by the close combatants.

You hit me for about 300 damage and 1600-1800 wounds, Daevos hits me for 800 damage and 1000 wounds.

Damage output is better for Daevos, but you can land very fast PB afflicts, seeing as you got a katana, and very good wounding.

I think the nightkiss change was dumb, now some classes will recieve significantly less damage while others recieve significantly large damage. mad.gif angry.gif

It's an over all reduction in the power of the night skill set anyway.

Actually thoros its pretty much a overall reduction in nightkiss damage vs everyone near enough.

Yeah sometimes a katana does come in handy. Especially if I need to hit you quicker... seeing how time is real important when fighting you.


Glad to see these new envoys back... they sound nice. smile.gif
