That was the astrology review? I heard some interesting ideas that were getting envoyed...but none made it through. Sad. Changes are kind of "meh" worthy. The right nativity still means astrology immunity. Cutting/blunt sun is still complete crap. 200 damage against non warriors. No joke.

o Numerous bugs with Weathersight have been fixed.

o Pathing will work properly for dreamweavers over water.
o The build campfire command now requires "campfire" after "build."
o There was an issue with random people receiving Celestian construct
"phial" balance messages. This has been fixed.
o Per the AB, learning new languages (Bookbinding) must be done inside a
Great Library.
o The line in DEFENCES for performing Wounded (Dramatics) was missing.
It's been dragged back into place.
o Mobs will no longer pick up hidden items.
o Pocketbelts can be used with crippled arms.
o If you masquerade as a Demigod or Ascendant, it will show up with
proper colours on QW/WHO. Similarly, if you are a Demigod or Ascendant
masquerading as a lower being, the proper colour will show up as well.
o Starleaper will not move the unfortunate Tarot-user into a Nexus of
Power.
o Regurgitate (Crow) requires balance and equilibrium to use.
o The problem causing walls and blocking to temporarily not work has
been tracked down.
o NEXUS STATUS will not cause untrapped errors when done by monks.
o Acrobatics Handspring will use different messages for when it's done
from a handstand versus when it is not.
o There was a loophole regarding buying things out of bins that you
couldn't see. It's been fixed.
o Synchronized communications will no longer be lowercased.
o An issue with channels being on/off and infiltrate has been fixed.
o Very long titles will no longer appear on both sides of the location
when WHO is used with thirdeye.

I don't know how this attune thing is going to work out in practice, but the mechanic seems really interesting, depending on how it interacts with phantomterrain. Cool idea whoever thought of it.

It should respect the true environment of the room and be unaffected by melding/terraining.

It doesn't make it less cool, it just means it's not DMP that can be active 100% of the time for mages/druids where-ever they are (which is what it would otherwise be).

Bug reports aren't really an appropriate medium through which to ask questions. If you want a query answered it's best to issue it.

The one issue that really needed to be fixed with Environment was that disarming traps (for Tracking) should not take Environment skill level into account... Trackers are -still- forced to transcend Environment if they want to accomplish anything, with several Environment abilities being reflected in Tracking itself. Still, guess when there's money to be made...

It sounds like a roundabout bug report/feature request. It's no secret that you don't actually have to know a password to buy something, just like you didn't need to be able to see the Blacktalon items to accidentally buy poisoned food, and you can sometimes accidentally buy out of a password-protected bin if there's an item with the same base noun elsewhere in the store.
