How's it fail when it was Ceren who asked for opengut + 100 extra bleed? I guess 100 extra bleed really mattered more than I thought.
Unfortunately is does. If you understood ninjakari skills you would understand why the extra 100 bleeding would matter. The 100 bleed in conjunction with bleed mods are what make the 100 extra bleed matter.

1) Yes, that was the agreement. But it nerfed my monk org's lame instakill, so therefore I am ranting.
2) Past experience with myself comes to show that I am the master of ignorance. Yes, I was ranting. Maybe I should take a more in depth look into what's written in each post.
3) Agreed. I said otherwise.

So please show me where my replies to Ardmore and Charune were 'rants'.

Well, actually I can understand the confusion. I mean, envoys agreed to make it opengut + 100 bleeding in the comments to the Paladin's envoyspot. And now Roark suddenly changes to opengut without bleed. Makes envoys seem kind of useless. :/
Charune2008-11-27 19:15:53
1. Opengut should be giving bleeding as well.
2. The compromise was proposed by Magnagoran envoys and implemented as such.

Ashteru2008-11-27 19:17:16
So it gives the additional 100 bleeding as proposed? Then just mention that in the announce post.

ANNOUNCE NEWS #1235
Date: 12/6/2008 at 21:29
From: Estarra, the Eternal
To : Everyone
Subj: Big Changes: Monk Security, Village Revolts, and Astral Bashing
Three big changes are now implemented!
First, most monk guilds should either now have guards or will have
guards shortly. If you haven't figured it out, monk guards have a 10%
chance of using a poison. Also, the monk discretionary power is
activated, which creates a psionic field that speeds up all guards
within that area.
Second, denizens will regenerate ego much faster if they are within a
village revolt. Thus, you should find village influencing sessions go
much, much faster than they have been.
Finally, astral bashing has gotten just too easy! You'll notice a marked
difference now in the strength of the astral mobs if you are bashing in
a large group. The larger the group, the tougher the challenge! (We'll
be monitoring this to see if further tweaking may be necessary.)
Penned by My hand on the 15th of Estar, in the year 223 CE.

Victory.

Super astral mobs of doom? Duck and cover!

Xavius2008-12-06 22:02:34
Unless the xp gains for those mob scales, in which case, you might see Astral become the Biggest XP Farm Evar.

Sooo...
What about linking during Wildnodes, when there are lots of people on the sphere? Often gathered at the node, trying to stop the linker?
It seems like it will be even more effective now.

Great changes on all three counts, ALSO: Kialkarkea that amused me so much that I may have to find an excuse to start using that now.
