I just don't think you quite get the point of tumble. If they're successfully tumbling out and you can't stop it, you need to try to stop them from starting another tumble in the next room. You can't always kill someone without doing a little chasing.

He does have a point. With every other skill, if it can't be stopped there is murderous outcry on the forums about why Person A can't stop Person B, therefore, Person B is OP and needs to have their skills nerfed.

This one doesn't kill you, though, and it doesn't really protect you. You show up in the next room off-balance, so if someone's smart they are there waiting for you on the other side.

It's both- and it's not a lot of endurance. The problem was, sleep condition kills couldn't be pulled off because people would instantly wake once past level 80. So by draining a nominal amount of endurance, it makes even someone who doesn't tire naturally "sleep" to regain the endurance.
..at least, that's how I understand it.

I find this slightly hilarious since whenever I complained that OPEN CHANNELS should either have a reduced power cost or be free, and the general response was "You shouldn't feel like you should always have that up."

I'm at work so I didn't want to get on the game, but I went ahead and connected...the wording in the announce post is slightly unclear. It says they aren't dropped when defs are dropped (ie, logging out).
The actual report specified death, which is the same as channels.
So that's fine.

Sleep change doesn't touch metawake or kafe, just means that you don't wake instantly if you're fully rested now, making sleep tactics a bit more viable.
The 10p commune skills just don't drop on death now, still fades on logout.
It'll be fun getting hit by BC Necros with knockdown/dulak/manta/scabies/epilepsy btw. Though I hear the actual % for contagion affs is fairly low, so that's comforting.

Even with a fully powered Mark? Considering that (or, I think it was) 5 little freeze touch things powers up a Mark fully, if that initial little rate bumps up considerably, 5/6 affs in two swings (at ~3s for two swings) is reaching really, really far.
