One of the things I changed in the Sun damage formulas was that it now does a much greater percentage of the person's health, so the damage will scale with bigger people than your foxy self. It is possible it still does too little, but I'd prefer to wait a while and see how it goes before making any more changes. Sun, after all, is not meant to be a MAJOR damage ability anyway.

Note, some changes that came out of an envoy meeting today:
+ Inquisition will no longer strip vitae. It will continue to strip
lich, and transmigrate will also be stripped.
+ Some issues with squirrel totem and narcolepsy motes in dreamcatchers
should be resolved.
+ Sparkleberry will cure one burst blood vessel from the heartburst
attack.

I don't mean to be a bit too obvious, but the change to inquisition is rather useless. As any of you may know, we're too busy holding onto 10p incase we ever need to trueheal to chance the chaining of 3-3-6 feats for a total of 12p.

However, I must say I think it a bit unfair to downgrade a skill in a game that's always active and running, beta again and 'freezing' the game I imagine quite out of the possibility, when there was no active representing Envoy that even -had- the skill in question. That said, I guess I'd be out of line if it wasn't a sporadic call for Envoys, as I think it was at this moment, versus a scheduled time they were warned to be around.

Narsrim was using it to force people to pray by locking people and having his buddies Inquisition to strip vitae.

It was a good change.

You can run a LONG ass time after that. The time to get a person to 12 burst vessels has increased by 200%, nearly triple the amount wink.gif

Now instead of 34 seconds, it'll take a minute and a few seconds. Not all that nerfing, since bursts can still outpace sipping + sparkle

Don't worry as soon as the vessel poppers find out they can't kill you in 30 seconds or less there will another big swing to mindbursters. blush.gif

200% = 3x? blink.gif

As I know it, Burst vessel has a random factor between 1-4. Which means you could get lucky and have all 12 burst vessels in 4 hits (assuming someone was constantly sipping/eating sparkles) or around 15 or so if you got only 1 bursted vessel each time. The last few times I sparred Mederrach I had to run after every 4 heartbursts and stood around healing for over a minute before I could go back to fight him for 20 seconds before I had to run again. Utterly ridiculous.

It bursts 1-3, not 1-4.
