Is this policy up to date with the IRE policy? I specifically recall reading somewhere where an admin in either Achaea or Aetolia said that IRE would not be enforcing any transfers between characters of credits.

In the example I read: if you were to create an alt and bash up Lodi/other newbie areas (as they tend to have high yields of gold for new characters), buy credits with them, and then transfer them to other characters.... it would be acceptable (shady, but no one was going to get in trouble for it).

Of course, that wouldn't work so well in Lusternia so it probably isn't an issue but... it is nice to have the up-to-date info.
