IRE doesn't support MXP, does it? If so, how can I see what field they're using?

They don't do server-side MXP commands, no. You can use MXP codes in your triggers and aliases, if you want to see pretty colors and links, but it's sometimes not worth the slow down.

Say for instance, I want a trigger to respond to "You" but only if its the color of my says.

I know in MUSH you can. You can either match the ansi code or match the line and then test for color with GetStyleInfo.

No idea about Zmud

In zmud, check the ANSI trigger on the Options tab, and then paste the line in the pattern editbox.
