But as to what some other people have been saying on this thread: Why is it that Glomdoring feels the need to restrain itself to being an "RP org"? Why can't you foster strong RP and fighters at the same time?

That's just stupid. The only thing you don't have is a rezz skill. Glomdoring's skills are fine on all other levels. And if they're not, that's something you should have taken up with your envoys, no?

I'm actually trying to foster both. We'll see how that goes.
