I finally made a topic on this. Is there any way to not make it leave you a message every month? I can't even read my messages when I drop in because 90% of them are "remember when you bought that powerplex jewel?" Drives me insane

There is no way to make it stop spamming you, I'm pretty sure. It bugs a lot of people.

Kind of irritating, and I only have one.

Do what I did with spore decay messages - write a quick trigger to auto delete them. That way you can do MESSAGES, then a second later, do MESSAGES again and the spam will be gone.

Yeah, but then the messages keep cluttering your messages list. Typing MESSAGES and getting nothing when there are things after the spam messages gets kinda annoying.

I used to log in to 150 messages of spore decay every day or two. I'm assuming Jelly logs in to 50+ messages of powerplexing every month or so, which is just as annoying

Solution, don't go inactive for a month, and you won't have a month worth of messages to delete.

People who are active every day delete messages daily. I bet officials in all the nations get more day-to-day messages then these powerplex jewel messages you guys are complaining about.

All pretty standard day to day things that can happen, cept for the poking, which I'd never do... unless I had divine fire, and a death wish, and a terminal illness, and a good insurance plan, and a well filled out will.

if you own 10 gems, thats still really annoying... just one gem is annoying.

I'm not quite sure why there is even a message about it.

You don't get messages when your age goes up a year, or when you get letters

I had a couple hundred Barrin messages. It only took me 5-10 mins to delete them all. 5-10 mins isn't bad for upkeep time when you go majorly inactive.

True. I was just really ranting about spore spam, which used to hit me with 50-100 messages all at once every OOC day when I was really active x_X (yes, I carried/made that many spores)
