what guild to chose

Ok so anisu has rejoined Celest, but I have been wondering about guild.

Anisu will remain faeling and her main efforts will go to influencing except for defending.

It's to the latter that my question goes. And while I do love being a Celestine healer, I can't seem to make them work for defense, aquamancer telekinetic would give me forcefield and that makes me a lot more tanky as faeling mage then as faeling guardian.

On RP it doesn't really matter as I can stay a priestess for Raziela in any of the options.

Psionics is great for influencing, as Iron Will gives you a passive regen to stack with Beauty.

Also, with a demesne, you get an extra boost to influencing, as well as allowing you to defend.

I think Telepathy might be better RP for a servant of Raziela though, given you can RP as being empathetic and such.

Go Paladin, take herbs, harvest as much as you can and sell them all to me!!! As faeling you will be harvesting really nice. tongue.gif

And Celest is all fine and dandy about having a citizen that won't lift a finger to it's defense?.

....mmk

I actually voted to stay rogue. Keep up a 'the guilds of Celest are stagnant and unworthy of the Supernals' front.

Or you could just go Celestine. Healers are better now, and Celestialism and Sacraments aren't shabby. Faeling guardians are excellent influencers.

Beauty and Perfection regens are crap. I hope it will be change soon. 75 mana/ego regen is nothing.

I already have a paladin...
I also already have a celestian guildless herbalist (also a faeling)

Narses: Anisu will never not defend, right now she just tries to summon them into the pool kiss.gif

missunderstood ya. Though be careful, I think that summoning into the pool gets you enemied for bringing enemies into city territory. Happened to Nokraenom once, wasn't pretty.

yeah but faelings have wings, I fly over the pool, summon, target falls, if they don't have levitate have some damage, get killed by the guards, then i send a tell to someone to unenemy. I'm such a coward. ninja.gif

isn't that abusing the system and breaking Celest's laws?

I would advise againt it, all in all
Unknown2006-05-19 21:36:51
If they are raiding Celestian territory, then it isn't breaking the games rules. I also doubt Celest would say "How dare you protect our land! Bad, Bad monkey!"

If they are in territory that is loyal to Celest (so, a village) then it is allowable to summon them into the city itself.
Arix2006-05-19 21:38:30
Nahh, Raizan was summoning people to the Pool not too long ago, and as far as I know he didn't get kicked out

I asked Hajamin long ago, and summoning into the pool on Celestia and water is allowed. On prime it is not, the enemying I believe is because the system considers the pool to be a prime celest location or something. And seeing the starcouncil unenemies me, I don't think they'll mind wink.gif

It's not that... it's just... like you're japordizing the safety of the nexus and the denizens of Celest when you use its defenses like that.

Anyways, if it's not so, I won't be the one to argue. Cheers and keep on rocking in the free... erm, basin?

Celest often breaks its own laws when it suits them
