On a side note, and something I found amusing. On the first night, Azael was targetted for absolve by Forren, but protected by Xenthos and Tekora.

Out of curiosity, when was I protected? And why did Iridiel die last night? We killed Xenthos.
Ugh, I should have roleclaimed with something more obscure to make sure no one had that ability. Next time, I guess .
I'm so suprised I survived... But good game, it was lots of fun.

Raiders kill Xenthos, so Iridiel loses her protection and dies.

I think the night was a lot more interesting than the day time conversation so I wanted to share the general summary of what we talked about and how we decided to kill you.

Plus I think it's funny that Iridiel and Xenthos both died because they were protecting Forren.

That's really weird. I'm a Nihilist and I also Lich upon death, presumably only once though.

My planned roleclaim was saying that I was an aquamancer and that I could either bubble every other night preventing that person from performing a night action, or I could sip vitae which would allow me to ressurect myself on death, but stop me from bubbling for the rest of the game.

About the possible victims, I made a list of the votes and FoS through out the day. The people on the left are the posters, the middle is either vote or FoS and the right is the person voted for.


I'm fairly certain that we could convince people that Ashteru was probably a Geomancer, since Daganev turned out to be an Aquamancer. So we could just have him killed during the day.

Forren, Shamarah, and Tekora all only have one person voting for them during the first day and I only voted for Forren to be completely random. The only person who scares me right now is Xenthos, but I think it would be pretty suspicious since he's also the only person who voted for me.

I'm working on making Quidgyboo and myself look like a pair, so if I die you guys can point to him and take him down.

Archer, you're the only one who hasn't been voted for. So far you're flying pretty low under the radar, but be careful about looking too inactive.

I think we should target either Forren or Shamarah tonight, and have Ashteru killed off during the day and see where it goes from there. My guess is that Iridiel scans people looking for either the Geomancer (Archer?) or for a traitor, but she shouldn't be too much of a threat. Ashteru is quite possibly a night vigilante for the Celestia people, but he probably won't kill one of us tonight and he'll quite likely die tomorrow.

The only thing is that tomorrow while targetting Ashteru we have to be careful to not look too coordinated.

I like going against ash. We could call him on being a geo OR on possibly being Narsrim. Forren only has links to you, and I liked the way Shamarah was acting yesterday *shrug*.
Anyone have any ideas as to why Daganev got lynched? I suspect someones ability allows them to either mask their real vote, or get an extra vote or something...
Anyway, if you agree, then just PM archer2 about it, and we'll go from there. If you don't PM back why not, and who you think we should kill, and I'll probably go with your choice. I'm sending this to Archer2 as well... I think we should get in the habit of sending everything to both other people - just to keep everyone in the know of everything.

The thing about killing Ashteru tonight is that we could have everyone else lynch him tomorrow. It's just a matter of swaying public opinion, which should be easy since Daganev thought he was bad and Daganev turned out to be good.
I say we kill Tekora. The only person who voted for him was Hazar, who is incidently the other person Daganev thought was suspicious.
So we kill Tekora, tomorrow say that Ashteru is probably the Geomancer, since Daganev said he was and Daganev was an Aquamancer. The next night we kill who ever Hazar votes for tomorrow, and then the day after that accuse Hazar.

Any problems with this plan?

The only thing that concerns me here is that according to Fallen, there was only one vote more for Ashteru than Azael. Unless he got something wrong, that means that there is someone else with two votes. Either that or Shamarah was lying, which I find unlikely.

Because of the way it was worded when Shamarah died, it sounded more like something in his role was violated than that it was a type of sacrifice. My guess would be that he either wasn't allowed to say that he had two votes, or that there was something he was supposed to do that he didn't. The only thing I could think of right now is that it was related to someone revealing membership in Terentia's Order.

We may or may not be able to get a lynch on Ashteru during the day tomorrow, but right now he isn't looking particularly dangerous even if we don't. The real danger is that people will probably kill Azael instead if they don't. Since we don't have another strong suspect to set up (although Iridiel is looking like a good candidate) I believe it would be wise to leave him alive to help split the votes. In further attempt to preserve Azael, I think we should off one of the people voting for him, since it's likely that one of them also has two votes. That makes it even worse if someone gets accidental lynch.

Depending on what happens tomorrow, we can probably get people to throw sketchy eyes at Iridiel, so that leaves Quidgyboo and Forren.

Quid hasn't been talking enough for me to really establish a connection with him, so he isn't really valuable to us alive right now.

Forren, on the other hand, is on the less talkative side, which is bad because we can't accuse him, and he is on Xenthos' team. I'm not sure exactly what they do, but they did something to us that might have revealed who we are. On the other hand, Xenthos is convinced that Ashteru is scum so maybe they don't know anything. Or maybe only Forren does.

*shrug* I'm slightly partial to Forren, but either him or Quidgyboo are my current prime suspects. Let me know what you guys think, or if you think we should kill someone else and why.

Iridiel is probably the most dangerous person alive, since she knows that Azael lied. So if we kill him, she can't talk any more. On the other hand, if we kill her then everyone will believe she's right. It's really a toss up on whether or not we think we can get one other person to vote for Iridiel, because that's all it'll take. Once we get one person to vote for Iridiel we all pile on and finish it.

If someone votes for anyone besides one of us, just bandwagon as quickly as possible. As long as we do it fast enough that they won't get scared off or change their minds, then we win.

I'm thinking we kill Xenthos. That way if we can't blame Iridiel, we can convince Quidgyboo that Hazar is suspicious. He already thought it was either Ashteru or Hazar and Ashteru was proven innocent.

Then, as a coup de grace, the Paladins charged heavily into them, tearing them to shreds and sending their Tainted souls flying to oblivion, as they began to utter prayers of salvation.

In the following months after the Masquerade, it took many lives and much effort on the part of Celest, but eventually, Celestia was again free of the evil power of Fain and Raezon, and the war between Light and Taint raged on...

There's your endgame text. As for the game, I'm disappointed. We could have had Azael as a Day 1 lynch, but we all got suckered by his roleclaim. What I don't understand is why you guys didn't lynch Azael when he didn't revive Daganev?

meh, well I am rather dissapointed.. who exactly was the traitor? I didn't see anyone listed with a traitor role...

And why didn't Iridiel on day one say that Azazel had the same roleclaim as him... that would be been a sign.. oh well.

If you read the roleclaims carefully, it never says specifically that there is a traitor. It says there might be.

It was to make up for the fact that everyone, except Ashteru, had some sort of power. To make it fair for the scum, I felt there had to be some sort of chaos thrown in. I had no idea, however, that you guys would focus solely on tearing eachother apart, when requiem, for example, was giving off major scum vibes with his "Ok, lets just lynch him and move on" when lynching a townie on that day would basically mean death to the town as a whole.

Grr I hate you. LoL. I killed Iridiel because I assumed the last one in my team other than me must have been the traitor.

If it makes you feel any better, it wouldn't have mattered. Once it hit 3 scum vs 3 town, the scum would have won anyway, since there was no doc and no vig. With it 3v3, you couldn't lynch one, and it would just go to night and they'd keep killing you.

Multiple people have the same power - I had the same power as Req, for example. By being generic, they show there could be more than one.

Now I see why Iridiel was jumping down my throat at the end.
