the difference being Raja just means prince, where 2 of your examples contain a geographical location that does not exist in lusternia, prime minister and president on their own would be acceptable I think.

Hell, for all we know Prime Minister and President could be real titles for a yet untried political structure/village count combination.

Generic things like raja, prince, lord, ect. are all quite fine. It's when you start getting specific that the line between OOC/IC gets crossed - fantasy worlds can contain many elements of our world, but the key is that they aren't our world. So president? Sure, but not of the United States.

I am pretty sure there was a dark bishop on a magnagoran guild somewhere, and then there's the Seneschal in Serenwilde and Queen of the Night who was actually a male. Exarius might be a good or bad RPer but if he's so bad there's surely more things than using Raja as title to throw against him. And it's getting old.
