For a rather specialized audience (i.e. people who play warhammer 40k) turnsignalsonalandraider.com is some good fun, but a lot of the jokes are nigh cryptic for those without at least a fundamental understanding of the game.

In non-RPG style comics, I really like megatokyo, but it doesn't get updated enough for my liking... something like once a week once all the delays and stuff are done happening.
