Would it be possible to have variations on the date and time commands that convert to specific timezones such as GMT, AEST, PST, EST, etc?
Failing that, can someone tell me what GMT offset 'PST' is? Or 'EST'? (I believe both are American.)
And, is UTC the same as GMT?

I noticed the clock ingame doesn't take into account Daylight Savings either.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who has a problem.

For all who are wondering:
EST(eastern coast of USA) is GMT -5
PST(western coast of USA) is GMT -8

Psh. Just learn to think in GMT. Problem solved.

Aye, just using GMT is much easier.

Indeed, the weaving is either at 8pm, or 7pm my time, depending on the season.

This is true prior to Daylight savings, or during the Fall-Spring months.
Spring to Fall, when Daylight savings goes into effect..such as currently..
EST is GMT - 4
and
PST is GMT - 7

*shrug* The way I personally think of it, GMT changes during Daylight Saving Time as well(actually almost a week apart from the US, so there is a bit of lag in there), but for the most part EST is still -5, and GMT itself has moved to +1 off itself.
I have little personal need to know my own relation to a time zone that for the moment isn't where it normally is, and instead I only care about time as it relates to other people. I'm still 5 off of someone I know in the British Isles.
Anywho, I guess I'm just an odd ball though.

The in-game clock reports GMT, which doesn't change with Daylight Savings, but stays the same throughout the year. That's why deviations from GMT change by an hour in the summertime. The UK functions on "British Summer Time" then, which is actually GMT + 1:00.

It works well enough for me, but I'm odd, as I mentioned.
