Yanno, as fun as arrogant grandstanding may be, it'd be nice if you took it to tells or forum messages and spared my eyes the senseless occular brutality they're currently being subjected to.

But I learned that from you... sad.gif

Yeah, but I did it well, worm-boxers.

... heh, worm-boxers. I am in the ZONE!

For further confirmation, ask your friendly main-coder-for-lusternia, since it's where we all got it from tongue.gif

Perhaps you shouldn't just believe whatever you're told and actually go out and test? My tests show sip bonus has no effects whatsoever on wound healing so either it's not implemented or one of the admins is pulling your legs. Either way, stop giving out unproven info.

You are reading your tests very poorly.

The more wounds you have, the more it heals. That is why you are seeing the difference. As you apply, the total wounds you have is lower, so each application heals less. The same wound level should have the same wound healing every time for you.

and our test showed that the apply bag as wel as sip both were effected by sip bonus when we did the test in front of lisaera. Unless yanno, it was just odd that elryn applied more than everyone else without a sip bonus every single time

Logs or data? Ashteru attempted it earlier and failed to provide any useful information. With my level 1 sip penalty I healed as much as he did with a level 1 sip bonus.

Not true, I discovered the tower shield bug a while back when one hit would take my arm up to 64k wound. Everytime I applied healing I healed no more than 850 or so wound. I have tested wound healing many times before and never healed more than that much. See previous comment regarding Ashteru's healing test.

Sipping bonus does not affect rubbing with a medicine bag, but it does affect touching a medicine bag. The reason for this is that sipping bonus also does not affect spreading health, but it does affect sipping health.

With that said, both touching and rubbing with medicine bags heals more health and wounding respectively than their equivalents with health vials, and you also don't need to get them refilled. This may not always be evident with healing wounding, as both methods have a random component to them (this may also be true of healing health, I can't remember).

Christ, this newbie asked for some advice and he got two pages of ****-waving instead. Don't be so proud that you're correct, Terenas.

It's not a matter of proudness, Guido. It's a matter of two people discrediting my results when they never bothered doing any testings themselves.

mmm Medicine bag's...

It's like a special blend of Hart blessed potpourri that cures all your ills.

The Druids should sell their Hart-weed for premium prices on the market channel. happy.gif
