So the lucidian complex gives 160 instead of 140 gold? Is this consistant or just a fluke? Also, does the observatory have "bosses" that give the 200-500?

Observatory only has like 3 total named denizens.. but I dunno what their mindset is.
Daganev2006-09-17 04:30:54
I find thier mindsets to be wholly irrellevant.

Unless of course they are greedy, at which point you couldn't beg tongue.gif

Im a level 64 human with 12 charisma or 13 with highmagic. At level 65 I should be getting 10 bound credits. So my Question is, is it worth it to spend the subsequent 60 lessons on influence fro the extra gold and exp. When I do my rounds of hunting. I usually bash on those krokani for hours and make about 7 to 11 thousand gld an hour or repop. So is it worth it?

Well, if you have the tower to yourself, you could double your experience by influencing and then killing. But it won't increase you gold.. any gold you get from begging would have been what they dropped.

Sorry, no credits at 65 sad.gif it sucks Gandal is lvl 68 and was not happy when he figured that out

If you don't have Supplication yet, it isn't worth wasting lessons on Influencing now. Influencing is only good at low levels. If you do have Supplication, you already know plenty.

Also, no bound credits at 65, sorry.

13 charisma is enough to be faster than denizens if you've got triggers.

No, its not enough. Even the easy fae in Faethorn can get in a word or two at times, and they're easier than Tosha monks. And I have 18 charisma, sometimes 19. And I have triggers as well. The prime suspect, though, is lag. And that they move around. Sometimes, when they move and you follow them, the instant you enter, they get to question you.

And to whoever said those things about the keys, you really shouldn't have said anything about the keys. Now I'll have to look for ways to 'discover' that on my own. sad.gif

The issue really is lag. They never (well, maybe 1% of the time, IF THAT) get a word in against me if my connection's running decently with 13 cha. Don't even have to use triggers, I get Amnesty from Rynak every so often, no trigger involved, he's not spoken back to me at all except when I get distracted and don't push enter when I regain eq.

Then again do remember that losing to a denizen HURTS. I much rather take a vitae death than lose to a denizen. Getting disconnect in the middle of a influence = jawdrop.gif explode.gif

Meh. Then it really is lag then. I have to get 18 charisma to influence guards without them talking back. sad.gif
