It's quite easy for the cities, you're just used to being in a commune, where it's harder for us to get sands and essence. I think I had Dumihru once hunting for essence all day, got around 700, which since I've been power minister has been the most anyone ever brought in a single weaving.

@ Veonira, yes, I caught one of those recentally delt with it right away. As Seren's we've had dealings with the against-all totems in the etherglom for ages now and don't take to kindly to having to rescue novices, and so don't wish that on anyone else either.

So now that the myth about allheale curing amputate quickly is expelled, Pureblades and Axelords can feel better about their amputate abilities. Which goes back to saying why I stated that amputate is very good and a boon for those two archetypes.

I hate that every time I try to sit down and write some interesting pieces for the Library, Guild, Order, myself, ANYthing nowadays, I get horridly distracted or just plain writer's-blocked. I need some inspiration, dammit!


About those wee-novices getting caught in totems, it should be noted that:

1. I've had to rescue a few of our own from Seren Totems (Which I think were turned against all Glomdorians)
2. When I find a novice who's caught in one of ours, I go to great lengths to get them free and on their way again. Usually healing their afflictions personally, then summoning them out of the forest so they don't have to get dragged through more on accident. I'm also sure others do the same.

I do not believe it was a myth, since I tested it myself some months ago. I tested on amputate, legtendon, and burstorgans, allheale cured them all at that time. Things may have changed now, but that doesn't mean that the information garnered from earlier tests was flawed in any way.
