I know that it can be handled, just really upset at myself for mistaking my attack macro and influence macro even when they are half a keboard apart.

Thanks for helping though. Made me feel much better.

comfort.gif I killed a fae once when I started playing Lusternia - thankfully, it was one of the ones following me, so the reprecussions were only RP and not mechanical as well, as they are in your case. I was rushing fast, and targetting numbers, and copy/pasted the sprite's number instead of the dashro I was trying to attack sad.gif Died in one hit.

Lemmings is so cute. I only chose muffins 'cause I didn't want to spam my sig, and it didn't feel right dropping the ugly ones when theyhatched dry.gif

I hate myself when I hit my attack macro instead of my influence macro. I've managed to hit my own commune guards countless times, and now I've managed to kill a fae without noticing and I'm enemied, and influencing fae is what I like to do most, and stinks that I'll have to spend gold to remove the status. Bleargh!

I know I should unwield my dagger but guess what? I forget all the time. Grahg. And when I do remember to unwield, nothing goes wrong. The moment I forget, bam: "You are branded an enemy of the Faethorn Realm."

If it helps, I remember Lomdomian and I both doing similar things back when we were cubs! whistling.gif (Stupid tainted fae event and twitchy buggers running in and out...)

I hate the censor.gif censor.gif who think raiding when twenty people are online is okay. I further hate being beckoned and aeoned without defenses up.

I hate the "novice" "mapper" who is level 8, adept Nature, novice Totems, has the Healing skillset and spend much of yesterday questing in Newton. He still "exists" BUT I'm not allowed to say anything to him IC, and I cringe every time one of the undersecs ask if he's doing ok.

I can give you an ethereal Glomdoring map, right now, would take all of five minutes.

I really find this simply obnoxious at this point. So much for RP immersion!

I hate lagging, twiddling my fingers and then suddenly see a page of people attacking me scrolling by, followed up by my death. sad.gif

I can give an Ethereal Glomdoring map, right now, would take all of 0.5 minutes (printscreen, paste to Paint, save, mail.)

I hate how I guessed at my online stock trading password too many times, and now my online access has been revoked and I have to call the company to get it back dry.gif

I hate how every form of summon other than the one in planar and beckon was removed sad.gif

Edit: And empress.

Still all in city skillsets, though sad.gif

well cities are more on summoning, forestals are more on returning such as spores used to make quick escapes, I think it's just balanced that way...

and Verithrax, now you know how players of Celest feel when we are outnumbered and you guys did a lot of raiding back then.
Shamarah2006-09-01 16:10:13
Cities have good summoning (empress, beckon).

Communes have good teleportation (flow, moonbeam).

Also, both druids and mages do have access to the rad rune, which is arguably better than beckon in some ways.
Sylphas2006-09-01 16:15:05
And then cities get Catacombs and Via and Hermit, while we have Spores, which cost power.
Laysus2006-09-01 16:16:39
And friends with empress.
Shamarah2006-09-01 16:28:19
Catacombs and hermit don't go to other people, and Via is a joke.
Laysus2006-09-01 16:31:38
I think we were commenting on how communes are better than cities at running.
Shamarah2006-09-01 16:52:09
That's nice! I was commenting on how communes are better than cities at travelling directly to people. tongue.gif
Sylphas2006-09-01 17:58:14
Communes are better at getting to people -in the local area-.
Cities are better at summoning, worldwide.

Cities are also better at moving around the basin. Village travel is exceedingly easy with Catacombs, or with someone who can step out of the village for a Via target.

I hate, hate, hate the fact that I will probably never get my hands on a large amount of credits. Ever.
