Did you completely skip my post, by the way? Daevos, Veonira, and a few others were in Ethereal Serenwilde defending it against Celestians. Saw them there with WHO (the Magnagorans without gems, of course, have to assume that the Magnagorans with gems who are killing with them are in the same location ). Only happened once (while I've been around, at least), but it did happen.

Oh, I must have. That's odd! We probably had no Seren on who knew enough to tell them they weren't allowed there.

A typical response: "It didn't happen! We swear! We kick them off! Oh? It did happen.... well then... no one knew they weren't allowed to help!"

Laysus knew. Did he care? No, his response is they just wanted some Celestian blood, and who was he to object? Seriously, you can spread all the propaganda you want IC, but OOC we all know better.

To be fair, you had about no Serens on period, judging from deathsight. A few newbies died, and then the Celestians all got squished. I think Mag wouldn't have come if there had been any number of actual Seren semi-combatants around at all.

(Though for some reason I seem to remember Ixion was present... however, he was essentially the only one with ANY skill whatsoever)

As to the claims that Magnagora doesn't help defend ethereal, I'll bring up a specific situation.

Myself and the other main Celestian fighters were sitting at 'a backwards avenue' waiting for the Serenwilde team to come attack us. At the time, we were greatly outnumbered, however the Serenwilde group wasn't fully composed of fighters. Athana, Yini, Flacarealah were there I believe, and then a buncha others.

We waited for the incoming charge. Nothign happens. Next thing we know, Daevos, leading a magnagora group at least as many as us if not more appear at 'a bubble over oblivion' (cubix spot). The magnagora group charges us, then the Serenwilde group charges us.

How is this not cooperative defense? I highly doubt it was merely coincidental, but argue that angle all ya want.

It is not a cooperative defence because

A. We had no information they would be there
B. We never asked for them to be there
C. They weren't supposed to be there, thankful if we were or not
D. They came on no agreement or conditions, probably just wanted to kick Celestian hiney.

And, do you really think we're dumb enough to charge through the archway with the leader losing balance, right into a single blocked room with a hailstorm? Try again!

I see you went for arguing that angle that it was just coincidental. Both groups hit within us within seconds of each other.

Maybe you personally didn't ask for assistance, but a certain serenwilder couple I know often shows up in the company of Magnagorans, or magnagorans often come when they're around.


Happened another time too, when a Magnagoran group formed up because of a celestian raid on ethereal.

I thought Mag went to Ethreal (today) just because it seemed like a good oppurtunity for retaliation for attacking citizens on earth. It's more like the begining of explicit cooperation between Seren and Mag rather than a 'cooperative defence' already long in progress.

On another topic, I hate house sitting. I can't use ZMUD, and I have to do my little brother's nasty laundry - he even clapped his hands at me and said, "Chop! Chop!" "Good, you cleaned my room." "Put my socks away." Mmmmrmph!

The situation I was speakign of happened a week or two ago. We hadn't even touched earth or Nil, but boom! Here comes Magnagora to the rescue!

Anyhow, it wasn't as explicit as "Oh noes! celestians! better call up mag right away!" No, they did try to kick us off first, but couldn't by themselves, so they brought in help.

It's ok and all, just don't try to deny that magnagora helped ya defend.

Pssssh....normally I'd tell him to go himself - wait, I did and I still do - but I made a promise to my mother who's gone to Japan for three weeks to take care of him, which includes cleaning his room, doing his laundry, and making his dinners. I've chosen to ignore the last one and just give him cash to buy junk food to clog up his fatty little heart and hope he dies.
