Celests #1 priority is defeating the taint, and they're obviously not going to give up on that. Serenwilde's #1 priority is probably protecting themselves and their interests, which leads to different reactions to getting stomped, I would think.

Perhaps. Or perhaps we are also defined by our resistance to Celest. A good portion of our background (and I won't start arguing semantics, don't worry) does go to great lengths to set up a significant conflict between Celest and Serenwilde.

I disagree with that, I think our #1 priority is healing the basin and trying to restore what we can to how they were before. We're like that annoying old person that always says how better things were 'in our day' (gogo granny-power!).

Its annoying to be raided almost every day, to not be able to do something because it always seems like the cities have the upper hand with Hailstorm/beckon. It is annoying to see our Aspects die, our Avatars. To have to beseech to Magnagora every time they go down or raid Water everytime because without our Avatars we cant bring in the Fae that make the Fae creatures that drop power.

We survive, we make up for it. Everyones becoming stronger in their own ways with Serenwildes beliefs/fights/trades. We have new trade pathways open up, we're not as OMG TAINT DIE PLZ!!1!

We do have our frustrations yes, but its allowed Serenwilde to grow and move in other directions just as its allowed for people to realize that Lusternia isnt all about Light vs Dark. Good vs Evil. There are no distinct Good organizations just as there arent any distinctive Evil organizations. Each one emulates both.

To be honest, I'm VERY sick of the raiding. Almost every time I get in (9 out of 10) there is raiding going on. So, I have to hear to Etherwilde, get deffed up, sit there for half an hour, waiting for something to happen, and then to die. At least once, usually twice. Then I'm last rited, and I pray.

Sadly, Ista is happy to die for Serenwilde. I hate it though, and the only way I can get through it is to pretend I'm Reg Shoe from Night Watch. 'Truth, Justice, Freedom, Resonably priced love, and a hard boiled egg!'

you know what, I don't like to say this, but I'm starting to hate Narsrim OOCly. Wish he was more of a sportsman regardings jumping, killing and pretty much everything he does. He's really a griefer and I am really glad I'm out of Celest. Narsrim, just promise you won't go Paladin on us and ruin the only kickass guild in Celest.

IC point of View

Celest will be screwed one way or another, they started this mess and they think they can cleanse it, assuming they can cleanse what a Soulless spurted out and warped a lot of Estarra's creations.

Celest will fall, the rocks hurled by our geos will crumble their walls, their souls cursed and tormented by our Nihilists and their Warriors will fall to ours and with Serenwilde, they will get their revenge to Celest for what they've done long ago and never be forgotten.
