It's too frigging hard to get hold of any large amount of onyx. You know why? Because every high-end design in the book requires the stuff. Discover color, people... it won't hurt, I promise.

I hate being slow. I hate not being able to parry worth crap. I hate only being able to get off an attack every twenty seconds because I'm being hit with more stuns, snares, and other crap than I could inflict in a year. I hate people writhing out of my gem before I'm finished regaining equilibrium. I hate sitting still for ten minutes waiting for the arena to time out because the other guy isn't capable of killing me, despite all of my other problems.

Telrath, get your punk ass back into the enchanting pentagram before I kill someone. There're two enchanters I know of in Magnagora right now, and one of them's a frigging shrub. This won't do.

Serenwilde... goddamn. Not our fault you guys were too screwed up to establish and cement your own RP despite having around a full year's head start. Quit bitching and build something. And here's a hint, whenever you get started: find something to build off of that's a little firmer than "hatred of the Glomdoring." It's a fine subpoint, but hardly the best foundation for a culture.

Tae'dae really do need to get looked at, no matter how powerful you are you should never have such terrible disadvantages. A Tae'dae with 20,000 strength and god forged swords would still be able to be killed without much trouble because they're so damn easy to keep off balance/eq, stunned, webbed, ect. They're also terrible for bashing - when Farson was a Tae'dae I couldn't bash aslarans because the females' knockdown attacks would stack and lock me off balance until I died.

And while I'm ranting about everything else in this thread, I just want to say that I loathe RP elitists.

I don't mind when people say "I RP, check out how cool I am", but I hate when people say "my RP is better than yours" or "look how bad their RP is" (in situations where they've done something against the norm, but isn't actually teh suckzor RP).

Though it certainly can be bad. "Yeah, my character was transported to Lusternia from the real world by a magical portal. He wields an AK-47 and a SWAT shield."
