I hate the world right now.. For OOC reasons so no one think I'm griping about being GA.

I hate the fact that for some weird reason clicking on View New Posts here on the message boards logs me out, so I have to log back in. What's that about?

I also hate that my new part time job has scheduled me for Monday the 23rd, so I'm gonna have to reschedule the Festival for Tuesday.

But I love that Vesar agreed to the gold and credit request I made for prizes! And I love that I won the GA election! And I love that Noola's been about enough now to be a real live Mentor!

I hate that Verithrax pretty much.. um.. did the biggest thing a GA does in a new guild..without even letting me help.

I feel hurt and sort of like something was stolen from me.

I wanted to actually make a huge mark on something in game for once.

I feel bad for you.. but I'm really surprised that you didn't see something like that coming with Verithrax.

Yes! I am the very embodyment of all that is foul and evil, stepping up to the plate, taking up initiative, and taking responsibility in helping start out the guild! How horrible of me, trying to be helpful instead of running around like a chicken with my head cut off waiting for orders!

More pragmatically, however, I started that out before Joli became GA, and I kept doing it because it's a neat idea I wanted to show her instead of scrapping away simply because I'm not the one responsible. I just refuse to say that an unsolved problem is not my job when I'm perfectly capable of helping.

I hate Windows. I reinstalled it so I could play my games without having to emulate it, but it blows for most everything else. Linux was far easier to install, in that I actually had sound and internet without having to dig around on the internet finding drivers for everything first (good thing I still have Linux to do that with). Now I'm trying to find a half decent DVD player for Windows without paying for the damn thing, and can't seem to do it. It's annoying that I'm going to have to reboot my computer every time I want to watch a movie.

I hate that any interesting bit of roleplay I get into is interrupted by sleep.

He ate some newborn celestian babies, and instructed his fellow guild members that said celestian newborns should be seasoned with salt. Joli however believes that the babies should have been seasoned with pepper, and she was also upset they ate the babies without waiting for her to join in. Go Go Yummy baby goodness!

(Only a retard uses salt on babies. I proposed we use tabasco, but Joli has a thing for Calabrese red pepper. Foolish, I know.)

I hate highranking people that refuse to help in defense, influencings, etc. It just seems like they'd go in just for the power. *shrug*

If they don't fight or help influence, they probably don't use the Power either...

If they fight, use up Power, and don't help defend... They need to be kicked.

I barely ever use power.. unless it's with teleporting or something.

I hate that anything creative or cultural that doesn't get points will never ever be CF'd in Magnagora.

Try something big, if it's done well, it WILL get noticed. Especially if you pullin really good things about the past/Houses/grand victories.

I wish I knew how my rank went up! It never said I was favored or anything.. yet I'm not a little serf anymore and I dug around in the logs to see if I was.

Anyways, rant time. I've been doing the Hallifax raising quest for over 2 ooc days now, without anyway of knowing how close you are getting to completing the statue.

This has to be the worst quest ever-- takes almost no intelligence, and killing the same thing over a thousand times so far.

Doing this quest has actually botherd me oocly- first thing in a long time in Lusternia to do so.

Maybe Shamarah can make me an owl pic with caption "Screw this quest and Lusternia, QQ"
