Last time Sylphas spoke with you was during one of your guild interviews for some path or something, back when Nessa stuck me with heading said path with no warning or prep time.

I only remember one instance of a person asking for documentation for my system like it was professional software. The person refusing to accept my explanation on why I was not going to take the time to document every feature it possessed. Though, it did already have a short word document file included to help people set it up. So I assume that one person was you.

I will take your word for it that what you copied and pasted is true. I do not remember seeing your name in any of the emails I received for a copy of the system. It is not the first time I have forgotten something though, so perhaps I am wrong.

You're probably not willing to send the system to me again, are you? Since I'm evil and stuff.. I wonder if it'd work on this computer since it didn't work on the other.. hrm...

Isn't that normal behaviour from you though? Or are you less disagreeable as a character then you are as a player? If not, those in charge should have been aware of your character's personality, and either not let you in in the first place, or understand what you're about and only GDF if you're being particularily nasty. I don't think Magnagora is about loveydovey bunnies, and treating people like dirt seems to be something the DLs encourage.

If it's the post I'm thinking of, that's not usurping GA at all, unless you're one of the people who think GM does nothing but chat in Council meetings now and then.

Actually, the more I think of this, the more it makes no sense. She's the founder of the goddamn guild, and I'll that I've heard is people trying to get rid of her as fast as possible, or barring that, just push her aside until she's irrelevant.

Syphas.. how do you even know what the post says? There are only 3 people that are able to read it within the guild.

I've already talked to her in game and no one is trying to get rid of her right now.. or they haven't spoken to me. I've griped at Verithrax enough that he knows good and well what will happen to him if he contests right now or while she is in the hospital with her baby. I'm sick and tired of hearing bullshit rumors when no one really knows what is going on, because they aren't in the damn guild and they're assuming that Verithrax is going to contest as soon as he gets GR5.

She's having a baby soon and Aia said she was worried she'd get contested while she was gone. I thought this was very wrong to even think about anyone doing to her, so I spoke to Verithrax and he agreed that it wouldn't be fair to do that. I did however tell her that she needs to focus on her baby more than the game, cos y'know.. that's the smart thing to do, because it's a baby..

Isn't it sad that a Celest citizen offered to defend me? He was even an enemy to the city. That makes my day..

Isn't it four people in the guild who can read the post? In any case, I think the main concern about contesting is that it would be rather in character for Verithrax to do it in the eyes of others, given past history in him trying to get power, and the fact that he doesn't seem to like Aia much to begin with. (Of course, it could be that he's always just been brutally honest with her, but once again, for others that translates into dislike/contempt). He's been doing good things for the new guild yes, but it's not certain as to the motivation behind it, the good of the guild, or to improve his own station, or both. There's always going to be some amount of suspicion from most people with regards to Verithrax because of the style of RP and how the actions he takes are perceived.

Me, Aia, Ryanne, and Morgfyre? No one else is GR5 or up.

Verithrax tried to make suggestions and was very critical with Aia. This upset her so I made him stop talking to her and to go through me when he needed something done.

And he's doing it because I tell him to. He'll openly admit that he is my .

You can contest without being GR5. So yeah, if I wanted to leap at her throat and tear out the guild from her, I'd have done it.

The issue here is simply that I don't feel Aia is entitled to special treatment. She needs to be treated like any leader in Lusternia: Stick with her long enough to evaluate her competence as a leader and contest whenever you feel she's not the best person for the position. Obviously I'm not going to be a jerk and contest right now, since that would be downright inappropriate (There are very few GR3 people around, and the people who are basically guarantee that Aia loses, so it's hardly fair.)

Additionally, none of you have been in the guild, and none of you have any idea of the amount of work that Joli and I did compared to what Aia did. We founded the guild as much as she did, in reality, and we're the ones taking care of it along with Nymerya.

Additionally, I was offered the guild champion position (I shit you not), and declined. So yeah, I'm not blindly rushing at any guild spot I can get, even though I would've loved to get a shiny honours line.

You only need GR3 to read news. And I've heard Verithax talk on IRC abou contesting. So, it wouldn't surprise me if he did.
