Corruption is fine, just turns me off to an org is all. Actually it doesn't turn me off to Mag, they are completely open about their corruption. I guess I'm more pissed off about the lying to cover up said corruption, blindly leading the mobs, and what-not.
It hits to close to home I guess, as it's too much like the US congressional elections right now.
I can understand that, but what can one do?
Celest is supposed to be the Light and fair and all that, I guess. While Mag... well, they've got Daevos.

Hmm, I just always heard that phrase with no idea who said it first or where it came from. Guess you learn something new everyday.
edit: I'm actually fairly sure the phrase was around before that show/movie/whatever it is. But back to ranting everybody.

You could just be good ol' fashioned alergic - being alergic to milk is entirely different from being lactose intolerant. I'm lactose intolerant though, and used to LOVE milk, so I do understand how you feel When I was young, I used to drink a half-gallon jug every two days, and noone could figure out why I was so ill...

That might explain it I'm willing to feel sick for cookie dough ice cream though. Doubly so if it has fudge brownie chunks tossed in. But I hate the feeling sick for a week after only one glass! I love chocolate milk especially >.>

For work, I'm supposed to sell these warranty things (I'm a cashier). Recently, a new manager came in and has decided that we are to sell 5 minimum per day (8 is the goal). But the problem with that is, most of the people who want the warranties are the ones buying expensive stuff like computers, so a salesmen has helped them and the salesmen get credit for the warranty sale. So far this week, out of the two days I've worked, I've sold one warranty even after asking every single customer that had a warranty as an option (thats really bad, even for me). I also have to get a form signed by a manager that shows how many of them I sold for the day. Was funny today, because the manager misread my form and said "Out of all the people in here today, you only sold one warranty????", and I got to correct her and say that I infact sold zero. I had a fun little lecture yesterday too, and I've had about 3 lessons on how to sell them, including one little warranty selling roleplay I got to perform infront of a coworker that made me feel like I was in one of those painfully fake sounding employee training videos. Ironically, today was the first time I bothered to try the method suggested by the manager, and I sold zero of the warranties. So, apparently if I don't sell 14 of the warranties tomorrow (bringing my average to 5 a day for the week) I get "written up," which should be an adventure. Especially as the entire front end (cashiers, customer service, and cash managers) isn't going to make the quota, and they'll have to wrote up 10-12 people if they stick with the new plan of theirs.

Actually, I think it's distasteful and, yes, to a degree harassment.
Not all of us want to discuss sex, or even listen to subtle sexual nuances, or vague hints about sex. I don't really think asking people to take it someplace private really has anything to do with their happiness level or not.

I would guess it would be party three being offended by what parties one and two are doing, even though party three isn't being specifically included.
