EDIT: As for the connection between that stuff and lying, it was something like...because the baby gets drugged with amnesia-inducing chemicals all the time, it never remembers that when its mother wakes up she's perfectly fine and not dead like it thinks when it goes to sleep, and hmm, it then contradicts itself a bit and says that when it's born it seems to remember that its mother should be dying, and it feels guilty, but then it gets surprised that she's not dead, and it feels miffed that it got lied to, and that's why they lie.

Which is just as much a load of crap as without the context, of course, but there you go.

I hate that my mom's not trusting me with my grades. I've got 2 F's in two of my classes and that's because one class has only 1 assignment in and the other's only got 4. *sigh* And this is the start of the 2nd week of the 2nd semester.

So how old are you really, Shiri? I keep thinking that you're younger then me, around 16... I'd feel very weird if you were suddenly older than me :S
