Yes, they tried this argument too. Which is crap, because if I show up with 8 tons of metal in my face, a brand on my forehead, and tribal tattoos all over my arms, send me the hell home, sure, that's fine. But apparently, "At your supervisor's discretion," is too hard to write. It's ok to make out with guys, it's ok to be a practicing neopagan, but as soon as people can SEE that I'm not just like them, they freak the hell out.

Getting my eyebrow done was the first major decision I made as an adult, on my own. Beyond keeping it clean and such, and when the bakery made me remove it for safety reasons, it hasn't been removed in four years. It's like a part of my face. And when someone tells me it's just some sort of fashion or something, it pisses me off.
