Transfer credits. Or, rather, the lack of them.

Non-transfering credits should dieeeeeeee. angry.gif

And I hate college exams which always coincidentally seem to fall either on the same day, or in the same week.

Grr. Coughing up bile is perhaps the least pleasent feeling I can think of. I really miss playing Lusternia, but I really can't right now sad.gif

Digital Design, Programming in C, English 102, and Calc 1 Honors finals all in two days...a Monday and a Tuesday...why do you think I quit? TOO STRESSFUL. Plus, computer/electrical engineering sucks.

I've been painting the inside of my house this week. I've also been getting sick, and it seems I was getting worse as each day passed. I started out coughing myself silly, which progressed to running a mid to high fever by the time I got around to painting my livingroom. See, I was painting one room a day. I thought I just had a cold or something of that sort. So, I took a few days off from my painting and got better. I recently began painting again and started getting sick AGAIN!

My rant is that it's taken me this long to realise that I should have been properly ventilating while painting. It seems I've been making my stupid self sick by inhaling paint fumes.

I like tests. I grinned through college entrance exams. I look forward to tests that are in classes with high homework loads because those tests mean 1) an easy day in class, and 2) less work for me. I would happily just take the finals or a CLEP for the classes that I want transfer credit for if they'd let me. But no.

Going through some really hard stuff right now.

I apologize to anyone I snap at and/or act indifferently to.

I'll be a bit unstable for a couple days.

my rant Liquid Gels. They need warnings on those things not to take with hot drinks.....Or bigger ones if I didn't see it on the label.

If I could have swallowed while my mouth was still numb maybe it wouldn't have tasted so bad...

This may seem odd and personal, but I'm not exactly known for being normal. A few of you were very kind and concerned about my cat Mischief, and today unfortunately, I had to put her to sleep. Thanks for your kind words, I'm sure Mischief would have chirpped and appreciated the attention from such nice folks! smile.gif

I'm sorry I put you through the awful chemotherapy only for your kidneys to get you first. Rest in peace, baby. losewings.gif I will miss you! crying.gif

After a week of joy where I thought I would be living in an apartment off campus next year, my future roommate instant messaged me today to tell me he decided he didn't want to live off campus.

Now, I have to go back home next year, since I can't afford to pay the outrageous price of room and meals on campus and pay tuition on top of that. I'm going to have to commute which is going to be terrible, since my first class is going to be at 8:30 next semester, and it takes 20 minutes to get to school while speeding if there is no traffic backed up on the interstate. It is also going to be impossible for me to meet new people and make new friends, since I'm never going to be on campus except for class. It really sucks that I spent all of high school waiting to move out and now I have to go back home while all my friends continue to live on campus or in apartments near by losewings.gif
Druken2007-03-25 05:21:44
Ick, that sucks. To both Arel and Reiha. sad.gif

Arel- off-campus definitely sucks. I tried commuting for about a month before I found a "cheap" apartment near campus. Maybe you could find a reasonable single-bedroom nearby? Good luck!

I do a 15 minute commute that turns into an hour commute thanks to Border Patrol, department of bridges and ports and all around USA for making my daily trip from mexico to USA a pain in the ass

Thanks, Druken. I'll look around and see if there are any reasonable ones.

Huh, well that makes me feel better that I only have to deal with I-75 being backed up from everyone trying to get on the turnpike. I hope that something happens to make the drive a little shorter for you

It's not going to happen... unless the states stop being so paranoic... just imagine that 100 feet after the turnpike there's police checking in IDs and what people have on their cars ocasionally opening their trunks and all.. painful..

Thank goodness that the campus is 100 feet away from the checking point and that the parking lot is 3 lights away halo.gif

I hate people who call and have to figure out the meaning of life on your voicemail...

You know, those people who call and have a one-sided conversation with themselves in your mailbox, and you have to listen to five minutes of message to get to the actual point of the message?

I have a friend who does this. He did it yesterday while I was asleep, and then called back later to inform my mailbox that I was probably asleep and proceeded to ramble again for another five minutes.

Why do people do that? Is he that horribly lonely that he must talk to the silence of my voice mail box?
