Rant: it's so hot I don't even need to blow dry my hair, it's done as soon as I get out of the shower... and we have no air conditioning.

Rants (warning: somewhat melodramatic):

1. Living in the lap of luxury and resenting it.

2. Feeling useless and unwanted except by the one person whom I don't deserve to want me.

3. Dealing with an old dilemma that's been flickering in and out of my life for a few years. How do you get someone to do something that you really want them to do, but don't want them to do, but would be really good for them, but would hurt both of you a lot, but would really improve their life so much, but you desperately don't want them to do, but know they might even thank you for it, but...?

It's complicated.

4. Having a headache.

Mmmm. At least there's one nice thing about ranting here. The people who might ask don't care and the people who do care won't ask. I might come here and rant more often. I just needed to get that off my chest.

For people complaining about heat and rain...try moving to Texas, then you can complain.

We had something like 15 days straight of rain, everything flooded in the rural parts and the cities were starting to flood. Now all of the rain stopped, it's up to being around 100 every day and evaporating the water to make it 100x more humid.

Of course, I just don't go outside, so it doesn't bother me all that much, but if I ever had to stay in the sun (short of walking to my car and back or swimming) I would shrivel up like a dead leaf.

I hate that I pulled a muscle in my back and I've spent the last four days in some degree of pain. My neck, shoulder and the area between my spine and shoulder blade on the right side are all knotted up and spasmy. It's not quite bad enough to go to the doctor, and I have some left over muscle relaxer and pain meds from the last time I did this (back in Feburary). But I don't have many of them so I only take them at night so I can sleep. During the day, it's over the counter stuff, muscle rub cream and heating pads. It's gotten a bit better, I can take a deep breath and move my head and arm around without wanting to cry now, and that's a vast improvement.

It's annoying cause I have to sit in front of the computer all day and it aggrivates the issue. Plus I don't know anyone who's any good at shoulder rubs. I'd kill for a good shoulder rub. It's hard to rub your own shoulders decently. I can't reach all the places that hurt.

And another thing... my Dental Insurance sucks! Seriously. I just pray I never have a serious dental problem because my coverage is so crappy. I'd drop it as useless, except as soon as I do, I'll have a serious dental problem and then I won't have even that crappy coverage to help.

The annoying board hiccuping when I try to post makes me mad too!

The player info on the website mustn't be updated very often and that annoys me. I'm not level 1, nor am I naked and without a description.

I change my description pretty often, (when I do changeself). I've changed it at least twice today. And well... I'm level 58, so it can't be very up to date at all.

I hate it takes my xbox about an hour to download 200-250 mb, and most game demos are over 500 mb, some of them well over a gig. *twitch*

We just got a 360 in my house, but I'm on DSL. Really bad DSL.

Demos take much longer than a couple of hours.
