Don't feel so bad, noone's strong enough to do tech support. I remember many days just like that. Quitting that job is way up there on my best days ever list.

I had something almost bad as tech support once...customer support with AOL as the liaison. No offense meant, but those people are WAY dumber then the customers. I knew their policies better then their supervisors.

I've probably lost $2k in the past 2-3 weeks. Doh.

DELTA AIRLINES.

They didn't transfer my one piece of luggage that had my nice businessy clothing ($$$$), my entire bag of makeup ($$$$$$$$$$ any girl can sympathize with me here), my contact lenses, a lot of sentimental value items from over the summer, some disposable cameras and other clothing. Plus the bag was really nice. I'm just hoping they found it in Atlanta and sent it on another plane to get here tonight >.<.

I was about to complain about my sister and her husband being in my room, but, losing makeup and other items is much much more worse. A for Veo!

I'm sorry, I don't. Can't stand to wear makeup, makes my skin crawl >.>

I can understand mommy veo, but that is because one of my ex's was a special effects/make-up artist and she would drag me on make-up buying trips, and I seemed to remember myself spending 600.00-1000.00 dollars a shopping run So yeah that stuff is expensive. (But at least you didnt have to buy latex and wierd fake blood, that is even more expensive )

I had a friend who worked in tech support for a while. The things they asked him either got you on your knees with laughter, or just made you awfully depressed at the lack of common sense.

And for Veo. losing stuff on planes sucks. Especially when you have to deal with customer services.
