The big buys, posted above, are for my job. I'm a writing tutor at the college during the day and a waiter in a chic restaurant in the evenings, so looking supremely spiffy has its functionality in a nice, aesthetically pleasing wrapping. Choosing to spend our hard earned dollars on high quality exquisite clothing does not make us silly or crazy.
Also, I love flea-market finds! I once bought a vintage Christan Dior dressing gown at the Salvation Army store.When school isn't in session, my BF lives 6 hours away.

Went to college to get my textbooks. Then went to get my ID. They told me I was too early, so I had to wait. And I waited for a couple of hours. Then they told me I needed a piece of paper. So I went on line to get the paper. Then I was told I couldn't get the paper because my bill wasn't paid completely. Why wasn't it?
Because they added on an extra $25 technology fee and didn't feel like telling me.
And if it's not paid by the 15th, I have to wait till next semester for college. Which means I'd lose my health insurance under my stepdad's plan.
