I would love if there was RL Glomdoring... I would go camping there.
Come to Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Canada. It's Glomdoring, only real!

Bacon, baked and then coated in chocolate, then rolled in sea salt.
Man, I'd be all over that. I tried bacon ice cream and that was rather disappointing (ice cream shouldn't be so greasy, I think my friend did it wrong), so hopefully bacon and chocolate would go better.

Hey, I'm willing to give it a shot. Plus, it can't be as bad as the ice cream.

Yup. I was presented with the opportunity, and I had to know what it tasted like.

Anything combining meat and chocolate is
Chocolate isn't sweet, it's bitter. Chocolate combined with meat is quite good... provided it's not also combined with too much sugar, as candy chocolates are. (If you haven't tried a real Mexican mole, you should.)

I did. I wound up ordering something else.
I'm sorry, for me, chocolate and meat is a no mixer. I'm sure some folks like it. My sister likes to dip tiny dill pickles in peanut butter. I made her keep her own jar of peanut butter when we lived together so she wouldn't funk up mine that way. Everyone's different.

My fiance is broke because he's been paying for his twin sister's gas.
She's got two jobs and spends her money on partying, why the isn't she paying this herself?

Whenever I imagine what a RL equivalent to the Glomdoring would look like, it always includes spanish moss.
Now, imagine some big spiders peering out at you from that tree!

That is pretty cool, never seen that before.

Its all over the trees in the south eastern parts of the US. Particularly Florida (hence the name 'Spanish Moss') but also in Georgia, Alabama and parts of the Carolinas, Mississippi and Louisiana. It pops up here and there other places too, but that's where it's really all over.
It's absolutely gorgeous stuff.

So I'm dying my hair for the first time. I'm dying it blue-black. Guess what colour a large part of my skin is now?

You may have to explain that one to me. I'd've thought Spanish Moss would come from Spain.

Yikes! Have you tried rubbing alcohol to get it off your skin? Here's a link with all sorts of suggestions for getting it off, if it helps:

Florida used to belong to Spain.

Oh I have already googled it an obscene amount, and once I've rinsed my hair will definitely be rubbing all sorts of stuff on my skin to try and get it off :S
