Heh. You can't make a character under the syzygy for another 16 IC years, until the date that just passed enters the timeframe you select your character's age with.

It wouldn't actually have any significant effect at all, because the rays that affect you based on nativity can't be "chained" in any matter via stellium rays, constellations or natural zodiac retrograde.
