We have so many alchoholic drinks, is it possible to actually not have something which you can get drunk off of?
Wheat grass juice? helps recover endurance...
tea? calms nerves, removes random affliction
juice? various types? can be added to alchohol to dilute?
Cow/camel/goat milk? Got milk? Builds stronger bones, so if drunk before going to sleep, or drunk reguraly, you can mend bones in sleep or over time?
Rabbit's blood?
Water? Comes in canteens, which can hold any liquid substance, for refreshments over time.
Herbal tea? Drink clotsfoot tea, you have a resistance to insomnia for a few minutes.
Coffee? Drink coffee and you have something similar to insomnia...

Teas are already in cooking. There just aren't any recipes for them yet. I concur that there should be non-alchoholic drinks. I don't think they need to have healing properties. Anything with a healing property is covered in alchemy. Everything else is settled in cooking.

Could teas have a mood altering affect? Sure. There is also no reason such an effect can not be described in the consumption message of a cup of tea.

People repeativly keep asking for non-alchoholic drinks (Arix, Tenebrae and Jad..Im so sorry, I cant spell your name!) so it seems as though there isnt. I remember Arix making Cider and still having to have it as an alcholic breverage. It did eventually get you drunk.

Regarding the water, you can just go into the Inner Sea and fill your bottle/glass/bucket with water for water.

But no, despite the existence of non-alcoholic drink patterns, there are no ABILITIES to make them. The closest we have is Brew, but it's also alcoholic. Refer to Boots, Tea and Flowers.
