Would it be possible to have health, mana and ego show up when you ES GLADE/MIDNIGHT/whatever Celest and Glomdoring have like when there's an event in the Klangratch tourneys?
Vix2006-07-10 03:48:05
Doesn't it do it anyways? Nothing does for duels I know. Should for FFAs and Wargames.
Shiri2006-07-10 03:49:07
It would be nice for duels too.

would be nice... but

it would be an unbalanced assess sleep.gif

Make it so you can't ES while in the arena?

So? Discern doesn't seem to cost balance, and I'm sure contemplate doesn't. Why does assess?
Vix2006-07-10 04:45:09
Because it's lower in the skillset I assume.
Sylphas2006-07-10 04:49:41
It's silly, though. Why are Contemplate and Assess so far apart in the skillset? I suppose it's much harder to see how wounded someone is in their mana, compared to just glancing at their body, but neither of them should take balance, or if so, it should be the one that is more difficult. (PLEASE DON'T NERF CONTEMPLATE.)

Ummm. if you ES while outside the arena it shows helath/mana during FFA and wargames, if you Es while inside, it doesn't.

Why do you need to see the health of a one on one duel?

Didn't know that.

Well.. would be nice to know when Person X is about to die so you can know when you can duel halo.gif

Heh, bring on Arenawatch and breaking the world!

Just give us more game types. Like Bloodbath... I do so desire a Bloodbath game type. And eliminate the def stripping for dying in the arena.

Essentially, in a Bloodbath, you get 1 point every time you kill someone (or more if they are significantly above your might). The games have a configurable time limit (usually like 15-20 minutes). Every time you die, you randomly get placed in another location in the arena, with like a 5 second period of grace (not really necessary) and still retain all your defenses. The game doesn't end till the time limit runs down, and the one with the most points (kills) is the winner. Extremely fun, and much better practice than a regular FFA.

Also, can the Avenger arena just be programmed so it runs a random game (FFA, Slippers, Freezetag and Wargames) every 6 hours? Like 6 GMT, 12 GMT, 18 GMT, 24 GMT, every day automatically? It'd be nice, this would also be in addition to any events the Gods want to hold, but it'd be a guaranteed event at those times you could log in for.

They should just allow people to ARENA WATCH and enter arena as "spectators" where all they can do is move around, look, QL, and are completely invisible and finally can ARENA EXIT to go back to the staging grounds.

For curiosity/to see how it's going. Same as you would need to in a bigger event.

Also same as you would need to diagnose people in a one-on-one duel, which you can already do.
