I've just been informed by a friend of mine who is dating Andrus out-of-character that his brother contacted her earlier today to let her know that Andrus was killed last night. He was hit by a drunk driver, and as far as I know was immediately killed.

I can't personally contact his family, though my thoughts are with them for the loss they have suffered. Obviously, the character will no longer be seen in the realms.

I don't know what to write. Everything would sound too melodramatic.

I liked Andrus. It's extremely sad for me to hear that.

I have no idea who Andrus is, but my condolences to the people who did know him, in game and out

That's really sad and I don't know what to say. This will be the 2nd person I've known in game to die in an accident involving drunk driving..

Even if I was often.. frustrated with Andrus ingame, to hear about things like this just hurts. Death is... not fun to deal with. I sincerely hope his family is going to be okay, and I feel terrible for the poor girl... I will say an extra special prayer tonight.

And this is where such things as the Fates doesn't come in and return you back to life.

I wish they did.. at least once.

I have now been informed that it was somekind of a little practical joke of his brother, and that he is alive. Don't know who to believe anymore. I could just kill that brother.

I really hope this was just a joke on Andrus' brother's part.

It was sort of a mixup. From what Andrus told me, he was in a coma for weeks. I have no idea how his brother got the two confused, but in any case, Andrus is out of the coma and doing well. So people can keep praying for him, just now in a happier, better way.

That's good, that he's okay.

However I was a victim of someone pulling a big lie like this on some forums I used to go to. The guy pretended he had cancer for about a year, and then one day his "brother" got on and posted that he had died, and everyone was really upset. Then his "brother" started coming to the forums more, and eventually finally admit to making the entire thing up. People were furious.

That is what he told me too, Everiine. I want to trust him, though. His brother contacted me via a cell so. Ah. I wish everything was clearer than this

If I were you, Ademina, I'd shoot his brother in the head...

But, on a happier note, I'm glad that he's okay. I hope the drunk driver rots in hell somewhere... I never knew Andrus, but hearing that something has happened to someone who plays Lusternia is horrible news. At least he's awake and doing better! My heart is to him and his family! Get better soon, Andrus!

Wow, that sucks and rocks all at the same time. But often, people who get happy news, when they've accepted the grief become unhappy and depressed.
