Ooh, maybe bears can have pelts instead of facepaints. At least it would seem just a touch more original...

I don't like that idea, the facepaints make all the totem specializations have something in common which I like. It maybe less original but every facepaint is different so it doesn't matter too much, not too mention it makes the communes more savagelike which I enjoy.
