I've been talking on another forum that's based off the site that makes the same type of forums that Lusternia has. Well, I wanted to attach a file that's a Compressed Folder. It won't let me. Does ANYONE know why, and if there's something to do about it? I also happen to be an Admin on that forum, because I'm good friends with the creator of the forum. Anyone have any suggestions?

Generally forums have a list of file types defined by the superadmin that are acceptable as attachments, usually limited to images and common document formats. It is likely that .zip archives (which Windows Compressed Folders really are), are not on the allow list.
You could either ask for .zip to be allowed, or upload the file at a file hosting site and just include a link to it in your post.

Or rename your bla.zip to bla.jpg and add a "rename this file to bla.zip" line in your post. (And watch gleefully as people in vain try to load it with paint
