Ahh, much more scientific to be going into a dimension of demons and evil spirits than teleporting... definily not magic.

The fact that the dimension has demons is neither here nor there it could be filled with fluffy bunnys. Every Mutant in the X-Universe has a unique and scientifically explainable power (they really stretch the unique thing sometimes like Magneto and Polaris being north and south poles therefore it isn't the same ability and none superhero Mutants being ugly and red or ugly and yellow thus making them unique.)

Cyclops absorbs the energy from sunlight naturally and the excess is lost through his eyes. He only has control because of the rose lensed glasses he wears.

Cyclops had control at one point when he was a kid but gettin knocked in the head apparently makes you lose control over mutant powers. Hurray beer!

If they didn't break so often, I'd say its magic if only one person in the world was able to do it.

Not only one person has a unique power, many of them share types of Telepathy and overlapping occurs. Also, the principles and laws of science in their world are different than ours, IT IS NOT THE SAME. I REPEAT THEY HAVE DIFFERENT SCIENTIFIC LAWS AND PRINCIPLES IN THEIR WORLD. GET OVER IT.

This is different than magic because usually magic is seen as outside of the realm of physics and laws of science.

Isn't telekinesis theoried to be possible, or some form there of, through quantum mechanics?

In my world, its a fundemental scientific principle that carpets can fly, and people can shoot fireballs out of wands while saying certain words, or that if you are born with a certain gift, you can weave various elements around to make balefire!

Just because magic has a method behind it, doesn't make it science.

But the world of X-men isnt your world now is it? So stop!
