I don't think mechanics really allow for the current racial languages to be formed. It's a shame, but the fact that you can choose to speak Aslaran blocks you from pretending to speak Aslaran when talking common. It's doomed to failure - unfortunately. I'd love to see Crow's tongue get fully brought up, though, or a similar one for another city/commune. I really like the idea of a fully IC, non-English language.
